We are an educational center that seeks to reduce the learning gap of young people living in vulnerable situations in the city of Paysandú. To consolidate Liceo Francisco as a local reference in community development, using education as a tool for this. To provide young people with tools and opportunities to discover themselves as multiplying agents of change in their environment and their own history.
