Welcome to PiLA

Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) connects talented recent graduates with meaningful opportunities to serve and learn alongside leading organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. Since 2002, PiLA has been opening doors for young professionals to engage deeply in fields like education, public health, environmental conservation, economic development, and human rights.

Over the past two decades, more than 400 PiLA Fellows have partnered with inspiring NGOs and multilateral organizations, contributing their skills, energy, and passion to communities throughout the region. In turn, fellows carry forward invaluable experiences, professional growth, and lifelong connections.
