PiLA Fellows are passionate, driven individuals committed to making a difference in Latin America and the Caribbean. Selected from a competitive pool of applicants, they bring diverse backgrounds and skill sets to their host organizations, working on critical issues in education, public health, environmental conservation, microfinance, and beyond.
